The CEEC has set as its major goal to continuously improve exam validity and quality through researching university admissions systems and examinations all over the world. It is true that other countries’ systems cannot be transplanted without modification as they are based on the countries' education policies, with divergent views, and are rooted in their own cultures. However, through site visits and face-to-face talks with staff of related institutions, clarifications can be made, inspiration can be gained, and lessons can be learned.
